Customers often face long waiting times in cafés during rush hours and have limited visibility on ongoing offers or loyalty rewards. The challenge was to design an app that would simplify the ordering process, enhance customer engagement, and encourage brand loyalty.
Ocha allows users to pre-order their favorite matcha drinks remotely and pick them up at any of the brand’s locations. The app also integrates a built-in loyalty program, rewarding users with points for each purchase, and gives access to exclusive offers and personalized deals.
